OPS provides on-site coffee and café operations consulting, training, assessment, and practical improvement sessions. The scope of each session is based on the customer's submitted request.
The monthly subscription includes five (5) operations sessions per subscription period. Each session is up to three (3) hours. Sessions are requested through the OPS request process and are subject to confirmation and availability.
The customer must provide an accurate reason for the requested session and enough information for OPS to prepare appropriately. OPS may determine the most suitable expert or approach for the request.
Sessions are booked Sunday to Thursday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with at least 48 hours' notice, and are confirmed by OPS based on availability.
OPS provides professional operational recommendations and training. Results depend on implementation, team, equipment, suppliers, business conditions, and other factors. Specific sales or profit outcomes are not guaranteed.
The customer is responsible for providing safe access to the premises, relevant equipment, staff, information, and permissions required to perform the session.
Non-public operational and commercial information received through the service should be treated as confidential, subject to applicable law and any separate confidentiality agreement.
OPS retains all rights to its methodologies, playbooks, training materials, and general know-how used to deliver the service. The written report and recommendations prepared for a specific customer belong to that customer for their own internal use, but OPS's underlying frameworks and materials remain OPS's property and may be reused across other engagements.
The customer confirms that they have the right to provide photos, videos, documents, recipes, or other materials submitted to OPS.
The subscription is SAR 1,500 per month, paid by bank transfer. After transferring, send the receipt on WhatsApp to activate or renew the subscription. There is no annual contract — simply don't renew if the subscription is no longer needed. Completed sessions are non-refundable. If a session doesn't happen due to a delay or cancellation on OPS's side, it will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
OPS may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, misuse, unsafe conduct, unlawful activity, or material breach, subject to applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, OPS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from implementation decisions made by the customer.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Saudi Arabia.
OPS may update these terms as the service develops. The applicable version will be presented to customers before material changes take effect, subject to applicable law.

We use this information to review requests, schedule sessions, prepare experts, deliver services, communicate with customers, and maintain service records.

We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain service records, and meet legitimate business and legal purposes, and apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect it.
